- CaixaBank brings together 13,600 participants in its Social Month in support of volunteering and social organisations A total of 13,600 people volunteered in CaixaBank’s Social Month, the initiative run by the bank throughout May to encourage employees and their families, together with customers and anyone else interested, to volunteer to support social organisations throughout Spain. A total of 118,000 people in vulnerable situations participated in the initiatives carried out, which ranged from care for vulnerable groups, to activities related to fostering culture, education, sport and care for the environment, among other causes.

- L&T team up with Navantia for Indian AIP submarine project Larsen & Toubro (L&T), an Indian construction conglomerate, signed a teaming agreement with Navantia, a state-owned Spanish maritime tech company, on 10 July 2023 to submit a joint bid for Project 75 (P75): the Indian Navy’s next-generation, air-independent propulsion (AIP) submarine programme. Mr. S. Subrahmanyan, L&T CEO and Mr Alvarez Blanco, Navantia’s Naval Construction Vice President signed the teaming agreement. The Spanish Embassy in new Delhi held the event.
